We wanted to book something special for our Mum's 60th Birthday, we came across LJ Leisure and are we glad we did, fantastic value for money, very helpful team and amazing service. We didn't have to think about a thing everything was done for us. They even booked our theatre tickets for us and we were lucky to end up on the front row to Dreamboats and Petticoats and we even got to meet the cast. We wasn't looking forward to the coach travel but it was great, atmosphere was fab and LJ Leisure even did a quiz with us! Lesley was very helpful on our trip and was happy to give us advice to help us enjoy our weekend. The hotel which included breakfast was out of this world! It was a perfect gift for our perfect Mum!

Really enjoyed the whole trip, great organisation , transfers etc went smoothly and I was really impressed with the turnaround in getting through passport control and retrieving my case from the hold both in Marrakech and in East Midlands
Fantastic day trip to Ourika Valley, well organised, lovely lunch and the guide was great that took us up to the waterfalls
Thought the hotel was good, great selection for breakfast- all staff very helpful
All in all we all really enjoyed the trip and would definitely do it again

It was a fantastic trip. The tour guide although eccentric did her best to make the extremely long coach journey bearable, which was good. The coach trip was long but we had some good breaks within the journey.

As for the hotel and the days in Disney Land it will be a couple of days I won't be forgetting. I would definitely be looking at going again in 2/3 years time when the kids are a little older, if it was to be organised again.

I would say it's well worth doing again. It was a very good trip and the price was good.

Thanks a lot for the first class organisation - we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. We were home by 10 pm. We're looking forward to doing it all again sometime in the future. Veronica and I will certainly look at a week in Lake Garda (not actually in the lake !!) which we've not seen before and we both preferred it to Como which we have visited before. The only thing we're not missing is the regular shout of "Orr-reet" from you know who !!!
We were both massively impressed with Nick, your driver - what a star ! He's blessed with not just driving abilities but great patience with other road users and with his passengers.

It was a fantastic holiday, the hotel was superb with excellent service, the transfers were the best I have ever experienced and the helpfulness of the manager was brilliant, nothing was too much for her. I would have no hesitation in recommending this tour or company to any of my friends. Looking forward to my next holiday.

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the short break to Italy . I loved the piccolo hotel very much - excellent food ,service ,friendly staff and it was spotlessly clean .

The group albeit small were good company. A good time was had by all . I have plenty of photos to prove it !!

Just returned from a great week in the Azores with Finesse travel.  What a stunning and fascinating place that is -  beautiful scenery on a volcanic island, lovely lakes and gardens and many interesting places to visit including the volcanic activity where hot steam and water are constantly erupting and bubbling.

 We were well looked after by our tour manager.

Here are a few pics from our amazing experience at the ice hotel. The trip was fantastic from beginning to end and I would highly recommend to anyone but particularly families as the activities are so good for kids/teenagers.   The ice hotel is such a great experience, I wasn't cold once during the time at the Lake and the snow just made it all the more exciting.  If you could pass on my thanks to Marius that would be great as he was absolutely brilliant and could not do enough for us. We just wanted to say thank you for another fantastic trip. We thought Pisa was a beautiful place and the hotel was in an ideal location for the station and the centre of Pisa. 

We also wanted to thank Chris. It was the first time we had met him and he was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't have managed without him the day the group went to Cinque Terre. His timetable for the trains was ideal and we had such a fantastic day.

Our only criticism is that we would have liked an extra day but maybe we are just greedy 😊.

We're all really enjoying Vietnam. Hanoi and Halong Bay were brilliant. Also really enjoyed Hue and had a great time today in Hoi An on the farming and fishing trip. Hotels and guides have been top notch (knowledgeable, helpful and friendly) and couldn't be better. Looking forward to a relaxing free day tomorrow and the rest of the trip. Again, another fabulous trip with Finesse Travel to Berlin. A perfect balance between choices of tours and activities & time to do our own thing. Lesley is so helpful and able to give an insight into how to make the most of our time. We enjoyed the initial bus tour of the main sights, the amazing evening visit to the top of the Reichstagg and the day in Potsdam. Fun and informative, we learned so much about the city and its history. We can highly recommend this long weekend to anyone who has an interest in visiting this vibrant, cosmopolitan and friendly city. 

Just returned from the Monaco Grand Prix

Very professional yet friendly, great organisation, hotel, travel and guests come first to ensure a great, safe holiday.

 Good choice of holidays with small groups. Lesley is a lovely lady as well as a fantastic tour operator, already booking my next holiday with Finesse Travel.

 My husband and I and our 2 friends had a great weekend away in Berlin , it is an interesting and beautiful city , well worth a visit.

 I have just got home from the Barcelona trip and had the best time. This was the best organised holiday I have ever been on and Lesley is fab she took great care of us. We even got Lewis’s autograph on the Thursday thanks to Lesley which made my day. I would definitely recommend these packages and will be going on more as I love F1 and Lewis as much as Lesley does. We also met some fantastic people along the way.

 Just got home from Barcelona after a great weekend with Lesley and Finesse Travel / F1 Packages. Although we were a small group compared to their usual trips we all had a great time and everything was organised perfectly, including transfers to and from the track and a great hotel in the fantastic town of Sitges.
Even Ryanair couldn't ruin it - they cancelled my outbound flight but Lesley got me on an alternative at short notice from Liverpool to BCA the day after FC Barcelona played in Liverpool. Don't know how she managed that! 
I've done F1 with bigger companies but you don't get the passion for F1 from them like you do with Lesley. And sorting out the cheeky race day upgrade to Silver Hospitality was another magic trick. Oh and the bubbly to celebrate the win for Lewis went down a treat.

 We have been on 2 F1 packages to Monaco and Singapore with Finesse. Absolutely fabulous time hotels are always brilliant, plenty of information and hands on tour manager who puts all clients first. Would definitely recommend this tour company as extremely good prices as well 10/10.

 We’ve done four F1 trips with Lesley at Finesse Travel. Her trips are so well-organised and excellent value for money as she is a true fan.

 I've been to Monaco, Spain, Hungary and Austria with Lesley and they're great value for money holidays too because of the hotel locations that she choses. She knows a lot about F1 and the tracks so knows the best places from which to watch the races and her packages include transport to and from the track so everything is done for you.

 I visited Monza in 2017 and can't recommend Finesse enough. I was travelli g alone with my two sons and did not have to worry about a thing because everything was take off. I couldn't attend any races this year but will definelty be booking for 2019

 We have done Singapore and Monza with Lesley, would highly recommend. Fantastic hotels and seats

 he Finesse Travel Limited is an excellent company which I would certainly recommend to others. Our recent holiday to Rome was fabulous. We were looked after very well and given valuable information on how.to.make.the most of our 3 night stay. The hotel was amazing and added to.our enjoyment if the trip.

 Just back from a fabulous trip to Lake Como and the Monza F1 GP. Lesley is a great Rep, nothing too much trouble, always on hand to help but not in your face. Will defo use her services again.

 My hubby and I have recently returned from another great trip to see the F1 at Monza plus time at Lake Como. Lesley really does go the extra mile to make any holiday one to remember. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She makes sure everyone is ok and has what they need. The hotel was great, in a wonderful, central location and provided all we needed for a good week's break. This is our 3rd holiday with Lesley and Finesse Travel and it won't be our last either. Would I recommend Finesse Travel - absolutely !

 Friendly and well organised company. Sardinia - good hotel in excellent position. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Beautiful clear beaches. Additional excursions highly recommended, especially to Corsica.

Thank you for organising an amazing holiday to Budapest and the Grand Prix.

Review below:-

After being postponed for two years due to covid and our original flights cancelled we finally had an amazing trip to Budapest and the Hungarian Grand Prix.

This was our first trip with finesse travel and it was very well organised, Lesley  organised everything for us.   Our whole trip was very well planned from beginning to end.     The hotel was well located and included breakfast.    Lesley kept us well advised of our trip and was always around to deal with our questions whilst away.  The group we  travelled with were all very friendly Lesley was always around to check that we were all ok.   If you wanted to stay with the group you could or you can explore on your own Lesley gave us some good tips on places to visit and where to eat.

Transport to and from the Grand Prix was well organised and we thoroughly enjoyed the weekend, it’s only a shame that it rained.

I would recommend Lesley and finesse travel, she goes out of her way to help everybody and makes sure that we all had a great time.    Looking forward to booking another Grand Prix trip with her.

 I booked with finesse travel for the Hungarian grand prix this year, it was my first solo travel experience and it was fantastic. It is actually my job to manage service levels and I can hand on heart say that Lesley delivered a level of service (that unfortunately) is very rare in this day and age.  Highly recommended and... thank you Lesley 

We have just returned from the wonderful 8-day ‘Stunning Sardinia Tour’, enjoying glorious weather in a beautiful location. Our hotel the Excelsior, at the centre of La Maddalena, was modern and comfortable; the staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. There are many bars, shops and places to eat nearby.  

The day we spent cruising the islands of the archipelago was a real favourite; island-hopping, enjoying the beaches and the turquoise waters. Lunch on-board was delicious!

The excursion to beautiful Corsica was also not to be missed. Beyond the white cliffs of Bonifacio, a little road train took us up to the narrow street of the town centre, ancient buildings and fantastic views. A big thank you to Pauline who planned and negotiated this trip and the archipelago cruise.

We also enjoyed a full day to Palau and Santa Teresa (Sardinia), with Lesley. On days when we were in La Maddalena, we took the Panoramica bus to quiet beaches on the island; Tegge beach is walkable and there is a very good café nearby.

This holiday was a perfect way to enjoy the Emerald Coast with our excellent tour managers and like-minded travellers. Thank you Pauline and Lesley for planning carefully and taking good care of us. We had a lot of fun!

 Just returned from a four night opera trip to Verona with Finesse Travel.  This was my second trip with Lesley Jarvis, the first being a three night break to Venice earlier this year.  

 
I had an absolutely fantastic time,  and to say Lesley goes the extra mile is a gross understatement.  The booking and pre departure communication and support was excellent and all the arrangements, information, suggestions and support given throughout the holiday was brilliant.  Like myself, there were several other people travelling alone, and Lesley went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy, providing an appropriate level support in each case.   Our trip to the Opera was amazing, but an added bonus was the day out at Lake Garda arranged locally by her was absolutely fabulous.  

Finesse Travel provide a wide range of holiday experiences and I have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone, be they travelling as families,  small groups or individuals.   In fact, my third trip is already booked and I’m sure there’ll be many more to follow!

 'We have recently returned from Finesse Travel’s Malaga Christmas Lights break and have nothing but praise for every aspect of our stay. The hotel was perfect, right next to Plaza de la Constitucion, clean, comfortable room, friendly staff and all the usual breakfast options ranging from cooked food  to fresh fruit and cereals. Perfectly located and right by the impressive Christmas lights which we saw switched on. We went on two excursions, both of which were well organised, with plenty of free time to wander. In particular we must mention  Maria of ‘Get Your Guide’ she was happy to recommend places to eat and take in the views and at Setenil even took us to a superb little Deli/café for local cheese and ‘orange wine’. Malaga is a city with great food and wine, shopping, museums, monuments and galleries. There will always be surprises and you can never see it all. Thanks Lesley and Finesse for a super time.
