Today, Cavtat is a popular tourist destination and makes an ideal short break near Dubrovnik. The seafront is filled with shops and restaurants. A ferry boat connects the town to neighbouring Mlini and Dubrovnik. This is definitely a more relaxing place to stay than to Dubrovnik city break
